Colleen 'Bettie' Sheffler, Owner & Master Stylist
She/Her is the founder of Bombshell Transformations. She identifies as a queer femme, and is married to the co-founder, Stacy Sheffler, a non-binary therapist specializing in Trans affirming care. Bettie is a mom of a trans daughter, a pansexual son, and a queer daughter. Bettie has over 20 years in the beauty industry, as a stylist and educator. She works behind the chair as a master stylist and offers one on one image consulting services, including hair lessons, makeup lessons and personal styling/wardrobe curation. Bettie works her magic on all identities, but really enjoys working with her trans femmes, teaching them how to do everyday makeup, taking the guesswork out of styling their hair at home, and helping them find their own unique, authentic look. Bettie tailors each style to the person who will be wearing it, and her goal is for you to leave your appointments feeling seen, empowered and euphoric. In her free time, Bettie loves to travel, and spend time with her family and friends, entertaining in her home, or back yard that she lovingly designed with the help of her incredible partner.
DJ - David Jones, Master Stylist
He/Him is the manager of Bombshell Transformations and has been loving on hair for over 25 years. He identifies as a gay/queer man, who's fight for queer rights began in the early 90's as a member of Queer Nation and ActUp. The absolute greatest joy for DJ is when his clients can't stop smiling in the mirror. His many years of experience, have allowed him to not only refine his craft, but also listen and tune in to his client's vibe and hair needs. Whether their desired look is more classic or they want something that radiates queerness, he can make those dreams a reality. DJ's wheelhouse includes: -precision cuts -proper razor cuts -highlighting and balayage -vivid/rainbow color DJ's must haves! Music, Dance, Roller Skating and Janet Jackson!
Wrenn Koer
Wrenn Koer (They/Them) is a queer licensed cosmetologist with a passion for alternative styles and gender affirming services. As an AuDhd person, they strive to create an environment that is sensory friendly and trauma informed. They have an autistic child, and love working with neurodivergent kids! Wrenn goes out of their way to make sure every client feels heard by offering a compassionate, thorough and collaborative consultation. Through attention to detail and creative artistry, they deliver unique curated styles for each individual. Wrenn offers esthetics services including face and body waxing, and also works behind the chair, specializing in razor cutting and alternative styles, short cuts and braiding. When they’re not in the salon, they love spending time with their partner, their kid and their many animals(including chickens!) They love music and crafting and spending time in nature.
Juniper Wollock
She/Her Juniper is an Aveda graduate with a passion for all things hair and makeup. She grew up in Eugene, Oregon and moved to Portland to pursue each facet of cosmetology. She is trained in hair design, esthetics, and cosmetic application. She loves working with clients to help them express themselves and specializes in alternative, curly, and transformative styles. Juniper also has experience with kids' cuts and color and is happy to have them in her chair. Juniper's specialty services include: Curly Cuts & Styling, Layered Cuts, Texture/Razor Cutting, Vibrant Color Services, Bouncy Blowouts, Alternative Styles, Stylized + Standard Makeup
Sadie Roussel
Sadie Roussel(She/Her) is the owner of Reveal Electrolysis and Aesthetics. Sadie got her license after training at the Aesthetics Institute, and joined the team at Bombshell Transformations in 2024. She is currently accepting new clients who can pay out of pocket, but can also get you set up with a super bill so your insurance will cover your session. While Sadie’s passion is electrolysis, she can also get you glowing with a thorough skin analysis, relaxing facial and tailored facial treatments like peels and masks. Other services she provides are lash and brow tinting, brow lamination and derma-planing. In her free time, Sadie enjoys spending time with her son, hanging out with friends, seeing live music and singing.
Theo Rumley-Wells
Theo(He/They) whole heartedly believes that our bodies hold the power to heal themselves, with a little guidance in the right direction. An alum of East West College of the Healing Arts, he has always been passionate about the art of somatic healing. Through their work as a first responder and long term homecare, Theo developed a practice centered on intuitive touch and creating a healing environment, specifically for queer bodies. Theo intentionally works to create a safe, comfortable space for his clients so they don’t have to mask. He believes that healing becomes available to the body when we are open and embracing of our authentic selves. Receiving a massage from Theo is a truly relaxing experience. They bring myofacial, swedish, neuromuscular and craniosacral techniques to their intentional practice; and tailor their approach to their clients individual body needs. Theo’s intention is to create a mind-body connection through his work, allowing clients release from the shapes our bodies are forced to hold space in, and embracing what feels good. When Theo isn’t healing the world, they love to spend time in community, and they balance the weight of their work with a healthy dose of silly!
